Arrling Ltd manufacture coating machines for use with Certonal FC-742 and 3M™ Novec™ Electronic Grade Coatings.

The company was formed in 2010, with the aim sole aim of designing and building a coating machine for use with Certonal and 3M™ Novec™ Electronics Grade Coatings. As a result, Autocoat range of coating machines was launched.

Our philosophy is to manufacture efficient machines that require a minimal amount of maintenance; therefore, reducing production downtime and maintenance costs. The machines are all electric, removing the requirement for expensive compressed air systems.

The employees of the company have many years’ experience of machine design and building. Utilising this expertise Arrling Ltd has achieved their aim with the Autocoat machines. New variants of the machine are developed as technology changes. A new version is being developed, that will reduce maintenance costs even further while delivering greater flexibility to the customer.

Arrling Services

Arrling Services Ltd is a specialist conformal coating company based in the UK.

During 2019, Arrling was approached by Acota Ltd. Subsequent discussions led to the acquisition of their coating division assets, and a new company being formed. All staff have been retained during the transition to Arrling Services. In January 2020 the business was relocated to new premises.

The company was primarily focused on providing a cleaning and coating service for PCB’s using Certonal FC-742 or 3M™ Novec™ Electronic Grade Coatings. Planned expansion will see further conformal coating technologies available to customers.

ISO 9001-2015 certification was achieved at the start of the business September 2019.

Continual investment in new processes and techniques will offer our current and future customers the widest possible choice of services from a single supplier.
