Arrling Ltd designs and manufactures coating machines that apply a fluoropolymer surface modifier coating i.e. 3M™ Novec™ Electronic Grade Coating or  Acota Certonal^® FC-742 onto printed circuit boards in a controlled process envelope.

The Autocoat dip coating machines are a modular design that are therefore easily reconfigured to suit different applications, fluids, and industries.  The processing envelope is self contained and monitored by a door interlocked safety system to BS EN ISO 13849-1.  This prevents access to the moving parts of the machine.
